Started my academic journey teaching and conducting research under Jiwaji University (Gwalior), Meerut University, and Agra University. In 1981, I joined the Government of Uttar Pradesh, serving in the Research and Action Division of the Planning Department, and continued contributing to education and public administration.
I have been actively associated with leading institutions and associations, including IIPA (Delhi & U.P.), ISSA (Agra), and the Public Administration Association, Lucknow. My research-based book “History-Sheeters of India” received an award from the UGC, Delhi, and several of my research papers have been published in reputed journals.
As Chief Trustee of the Indian Social Science Association, I have guided and supervised multiple PhD scholars. Now retired—but far from tired—I remain dedicated to academic, social, research, and training advancement.
